In an interview, the creator shares his opinion about art and opens the veil of the creative process.

– Do your works also hang in your house?

– The fact is that I am very critical of different types of works of art, including my own works. I rarely like my creations, so I don't decorate the space around me with them. Nevertheless, works are presented in our studio, because it is necessary to show our level. I must admit that there are some works that I don't really like, they are very valuable and dear to me, my personal emotional experiences are connected with them - that's exactly what they are in my space.

– Why do you call your works works of art?

– I call it that way and in no other way, I also declare that it is an intellectual work of art. I put my soul, strength and intellect into them. My art is intellectual, in order to produce it, I have to develop myself intellectually, study various types of materials. For me, the most important thing is to put meaning into the works that I or my team create.

– How much time does it take to create one job?

– We can, as snipers, accurately hit from the first sketch, and the work will be implemented in a week. And sometimes a project can take even years. My stubbornness is already playing into my hands here. I have to finish the project, I can't leave it unfinished, no matter what it costs me.

– What does the word "master" mean to you?

– I position myself as an artist. It is important to understand that there are several hypostases: master, craftsman, artist. An artist is the highest point, he already measures intergalactic categories, it does not matter to him what language to speak: he will create a real masterpiece from any material or improvised means. I believe that before calling myself an artist, it is necessary to pass the hypostasis of a craftsman, that is, it is necessary to understand what the material is and how to work with it correctly, to find out what the resistance of the material is, how to use it to your advantage, and not to fight it through debate. In modern realities, everyone can be an artist, the main thing is that it is interesting to listen to you and see you, especially if this is an intellectual path.
